Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the case of an allergic reaction please contact the Salon first.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of management.
When returning a product simply drop into our salon or post your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
