Bookings

We recommend you book your treatments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time. For bookings of 3 or more people we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 24hr cancellation policy and respectfully request that any/all changes to appointment be made within this time frame. We will charge a 100% no-show fee to any appointments that are missed.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can check you into the salon.

Mobile Phones

In order that you benefit fully from your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to other clients, we ask that mobile phones be switched off in the salon.

Lateness

We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Children

In Harmony has a no children policy – this is to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests at any given time.

Gift Vouchers

We are happy to assist you in the purchase of gift vouchers over the phone, or alternatively you can purchase via our website through PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay by debit or credit card).
